The Langkofel Group On A Sunny Day Jigsaw

Today we're visiting the Langkofel Group - a massif in the western Dolomites. The six main summits of the group (Langkofel/Sassolungo, Fünffingerspitze/Punta d. Cinque Dita, Grohmannspitze/Punta Grohmann, Innerkofler Turm/Torre Innerkofler, Zahnkofel/Il Dente and Plattkofel/Sassopiatto) are arranged in the shape of a horse-shoe opened to NW. The massif separates Gröden (to the north) and the Fassa valley (to the south), as well as the Sella massif (to the east) and the Rosengarten (to the west).The highest point in the range is the eponymous Langkofel with a height of 3,181 metres.
